The easiest way to change those bearings is : Put new bearing in freezer over night , get the old bearing out from the hub. Put the hub (remove ABS sensor) in the oven on full heat for 1 hour , then you can just drop the new bearing into the hub , also use wet rags for cooling to avoid 1Odl.
